As noted yesterday in our Correctional Process course, the abuse of one's position inside prison can make for some interesting headlines if people are actually caught. It was noted also that some of this is often times covered up by other staff members. To obtain an accurate picture of the nature and extent of such actions may prove difficult for the criminologist interested in this phenomenon.
